Hi Haters ;D

Sooo it turns out that everyone in this world has different opinions…who woulda guessed???! The thing is that it’s okay to have different opinions and I respect each and everyone one of my readers! I just want to clarify a few issues…

1. I AM NOT SKIPPING MEALS!…I am eating 3 meals a day, don’t worry! =D

2.This is a blog about how the college food makes me feel like crap and I am trying to feed my body with nutrients and not CRAP!

3. My mother is the strongest woman I know and she loves me unconditionally. She is supporting me in my decision to treat my body how it should be treated!

4.I love ME…and I don’t mean that in a conceited way…I just mean it in a confident way! I wouldn’t be anyone else in the whole world. And I love my body…this isn’t about body image…it’s about health. The reality is…if you’re overweight you are going to be unhealthy which can lead to very bad things such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and a million other things! So why risk it? I don’t see a reason….but again, everyone is open to there own opinion.

So in conclusion…feel free to share all opinions! Postive, negative! Bring it on world =D I wanna hear it!!

    Well said Caris, there WILL ALWAYS be people with different opinions but why the anonymous post? It’s not that big of a deal that they feel differently…that’s what makes the world go round! And..I’m not not even offended they think I support you skipping meals…they don’t know the facts or me so…

    • Yeah, I agree mom…I don’t know what is up with the anonymous post. If someone has something to say I completely respect it…they should be real and say who they are. But that’s okay…everyone is different =)

    Carissa, your writing is so clever and inspiring, you should consider writing for a magazine! I don’t know why you have “haters” because I think what you are doing is completely healthy and it’s so important to feel good about yourself! I was thinking today of so many excuses of not going to the gym, and then I read your blog and was like I’m actually going to go to kickboxing! ๐Ÿ˜€ you inspired me to be active and resist evil Domino’s pizza (though I couldn’t resist dining hall frozen yogurt! still not as bad as ice-cream, so I was half good!) ๐Ÿ˜€ well anyway, I just wanted to say I totally support this blog and I will be reading it every day! ๐Ÿ˜€ I miss you, and I will see you soon!     Resa you are doin a fantastic job with eating healthy…I really respect you for being so strong minded! You are absolutely beautiful inside and out….and ‘haters’ there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with trying to be healthy! Although I’m not in college yet…I love reading and relating to your blog. When I go to college I will 100% be reading this again LOL โค
